How is this different from just drinking water?
IV fluids go directly into your bloodstream, so rehydration does not depend on digestion. Many people choose it when they want to rehydrate efficiently — though drinking water and eating well is always a good idea too.
How long does it take?
About 30 minutes for the infusion, plus a few minutes for setup and a brief check-in afterward.
